Linda Rueda was born in Bogota, Colombia. She moved to the United States in 1997 and attended both high school and college in the state of Florida. During Linda’s first few years in this country she expressed her love of music through playing guitar, singing and attending many live concerts as well. It was in this environment that she realized how much she enjoyed visual arts and music and wanted to make it a career.

But it wouldn’t happen by accident or luck, so Linda spent two years in college, where she graduated with an associate’s degree in General Engineering. Continuing her education, she enrolled at a technical school called SAE, where she discovered her passion for computer software and hardware. SAE’s curriculum helped Linda to become better at multitasking in both video and audio. While attending SAE she worked for a South Florida television news station as a video editor, performing linear editing duties on the job in a high-pressure newsroom environment. Linda eventually graduated from SAE as an Audio Engineer and has been working both in video and audio simultaneously. She currently works at an advertising agency based in Fort Lauderdale that specializes in radio and television advertising.
Uva Design is Linda’s brainchild…a creative endeavor that she hopes to develop and nurture into something great. Linda’s ultimate dream is to make Uva a great experience for all her clients, as well for her.

"I hope you share this passion for creativity and visual design as much as I do."
